How experienced are your therapists?

Our Therapists and Estheticians have years of experience. The Owner Katie, provides continued training throughout time at MES. We are always working on new modalities. We provide the most Efficient, Relaxing, and Healing Therapeutic Massage and Facials Techniques available.

What products do you use during treatments?

We only use the finest Organic Unrefined oils available. In order to achieve this our spa custom blends massage oils for the last 8 years to provide your largest organ (your SKIN) deeper healing, calming, and grounding qualities.

How can I receive a discount?

We happily provide seasonal discounts and packages throughout the year. Check out specials/discounts on our Facebook/Instagram page! the links are on our Contact Page. We also give a free $15 add-on of your choice during your birthday month!

Can I prepay with a gift certificate?

Although you cannot prepay with a gift certificate online, you can call us during store hours and our front desk team member will assist you and book the appointment for you.

Do I have to put my card information in when I book online?

Yes. When booking online, you must put a card on file and this secures your spot. A refund will be be issued if you cancel within our allowed cancellation policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that clients cancel their appointment 48 hours before, or 50% of service total is owed. 24 hours or less and 100% is owed.
